Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cosmetic Injectables Coordinator with a strong clinical focus to join our thriving team in Moncton. This pivotal role involves managing the full patient journey for injectables, from initial consultation scheduling and education to post-treatment follow-up. You will work closely with our expert medical team, ensuring a seamless, positive, and professional experience for every client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of cosmetic procedures, and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all cosmetic injectables appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
- Provide comprehensive pre-treatment education to patients, explaining procedures, potential outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to injectables.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist medical professionals during consultations and treatments as needed, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Manage inventory of injectables and related supplies, placing orders and ensuring stock levels are optimized.
- Process patient payments and manage billing for cosmetic services.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in marketing efforts for injectables, including social media content creation and event coordination.
- Adhere strictly to all clinic policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office, spa, or aesthetics clinic setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cosmetic injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers).
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Client-focused approach with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, medical aesthetics, or a related field.
- Certification in medical aesthetics or cosmetic procedures.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
