Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse Assistant to join our dedicated team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about early childhood development to support our qualified Nursery Nurses in providing outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and contributing to the smooth running of daily nursery operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Nursery Nurses in planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, reporting any concerns or achievements to the lead Nursery Nurse.
- Support children's personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and promoting good hygiene practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy nursery environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
- Support children during outdoor play and excursions.

Preferred Qualifications
