Join the Canadian Tire team as a Warehouse Associate in Powell River! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in logistics and warehousing. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and shipping schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments and verify product counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
