Job Description

As an Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through our services with a friendly and helpful attitude. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product and service information.

Required Skills

  • Strong active listening abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time training schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (even if not call center specific).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
