Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compensation & Benefits / Rewards Manager to join our dynamic HR team in Corby, UK. This critical role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our overall business strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent, contributing directly to our organizational success. This position offers sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures, including salary scales, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
- Oversee the administration of all benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus payouts.
- Advise HR Business Partners and management on compensation and benefits related matters.
- Prepare reports and analyses on C&B trends, costs, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and consultants.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager or similar role, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and current market trends.
- In-depth understanding of benefits administration and relevant legal regulations (e.g., UK employment law).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPD, CCP).
- Experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Experience with global or multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
- Demonstrated experience in a role requiring sponsorship or supporting sponsored employees.
