Job Description

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Career Services & Employer Relations Intern to join our Campus Recruitment team in Santa Monica, California. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in university relations, talent acquisition, and employer engagement within a world-renowned entertainment company. You will play a vital role in supporting our campus recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with universities, and enhancing the candidate experience for future Disney talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Support the Employer Relations team in building and maintaining relationships with key university contacts and faculty.
- Help manage the intern program logistics, including onboarding, events, and candidate communication.
- Research and identify new universities and programs for strategic partnerships.
- Develop engaging content for internal and external communications related to campus recruitment.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition, HR, or higher education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a campus organization, student leadership role, or career services office.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
