Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with groundbreaking opportunities? Apple Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our remote talent acquisition team. As an Apple Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier candidates for a variety of roles across Apple, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for Apple.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop engaging and personalized communication strategies to build strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support informed recruitment decisions.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment administrative tasks as needed.
  • Champion the Apple brand and candidate experience throughout the entire sourcing process.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a sourcing, resourcing, or recruitment coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in the latest industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing for roles within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with Apple's products and services.
  • Prior experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
