Job Description
Are you a master of observation with a passion for fun and detail? Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our team as a Theme Park Mystery Guest for a unique summer program. This temporary role involves covertly evaluating the guest experience at our various entertainment and recreational facilities within our resort properties. Your mission will be to immerse yourself as a typical guest, providing unbiased, detailed feedback on everything from attraction performance and staff interactions to cleanliness and food service quality. This is a crucial role for ensuring our guests receive the premium experience they expect and deserve, and it requires discretion, an adventurous spirit, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit designated entertainment venues and attractions as a regular guest.
- Rigorously evaluate all aspects of the guest journey, including arrival, interactions with staff, attraction performance, food and beverage quality, and overall atmosphere.
- Complete comprehensive evaluation forms and reports with specific, actionable feedback within established deadlines.
- Maintain complete anonymity throughout the evaluation process, blending seamlessly with other guests.
- Adhere strictly to all company guidelines and confidentiality agreements.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in guest service and operational efficiency.
- Be prepared for physically active days, including standing, walking, and participating in various attractions.
