Are you a master storyteller with a passion for personal development and coaching? Mindvalley is seeking a talented and dedicated WFH Success Script Writer to craft compelling and actionable content for coaches within our global community. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in developing scripts, guides, and educational materials that empower coaches to enhance their programs, improve their client’s results, and grow their businesses. You will translate complex coaching methodologies and success principles into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives, directly contributing to the success of coaches and their clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and actionable scripts for video content, audio programs, and written guides tailored for professional coaches.
- Collaborate closely with coaching experts, program developers, and content strategists to understand objectives and target audience needs.
- Translate complex coaching frameworks, methodologies, and success principles into clear, concise, and inspiring language.
- Research and synthesize information on best practices in coaching, personal development, and business growth to inform content creation.
- Ensure all content aligns with Mindvalley's brand voice, educational philosophy, and quality standards.
- Iterate on scripts based on feedback from internal teams and pilot testers to optimize impact and clarity.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and program initiatives for the coaching community.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in scriptwriting, copywriting, or content creation, specifically for educational or personal development niches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Strong understanding of coaching principles, personal growth methodologies, and adult learning theories.
- Ability to research complex topics and distill them into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, NLP).
- Experience creating content for online courses, e-learning platforms, or digital products.
- Familiarity with Mindvalley's programs, authors, and educational philosophy.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful scriptwriting or content projects in a relevant field.
