Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven WFH Success Script Writer to join our dynamic content team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-converting scripts that empower our coaching clients to effectively communicate their value, drive engagement, and achieve their business goals. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and success teams to develop scripts for various formats, including video sales letters, webinar presentations, social media content, and course modules, all designed to amplify the success of coaches using the Kajabi platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive scripts for various digital content formats, including video, audio, and written materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to understand coaching client needs and success metrics.
- Conduct research on coaching industry trends, target audience pain points, and effective communication strategies.
- Edit and refine scripts based on feedback, performance data, and A/B testing results.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, marketing objectives, and the unique needs of coaches.
- Contribute to content strategy development, identifying opportunities for new script types and formats.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Kajabi platform's features and how they benefit coaches.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or content creation, specifically for marketing or educational purposes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of US English grammar and style.
- Ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology, persuasion techniques, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with the coaching, online education, or personal development industries.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience working with coaches, entrepreneurs, or small business owners.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
