Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Twitter (X) Sentiment Analyst with a strong focus on brand reputation. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and report on social media conversations surrounding our clients’ brands on the X platform. Your insights will be crucial in understanding public perception, identifying emerging trends, and supporting strategic communication and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in a fast-paced consulting environment, contributing directly to brand health and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor X (Twitter) for mentions of client brands, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
  • Perform in-depth sentiment analysis on social media data, categorizing conversations as positive, negative, or neutral.
  • Identify key themes, influencers, and emerging trends impacting brand perception.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing sentiment analysis findings and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and client strategy teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on X (Twitter) platform changes, sentiment analysis tools, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sentiment analysis methodologies and processes.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in social media monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of sentiment analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated interest in brand reputation and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
  • Previous experience in a consulting, market research, or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and content strategy.
