Job Description

As a WFH Order Processing Clerk with a focus on Concentrix’s e-commerce operations, you will be a vital part of our remote team, ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of customer orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing order statuses, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction within our e-commerce client accounts. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process incoming e-commerce orders through designated systems.
  • Verify order details, product availability, and shipping information.
  • Communicate with customers or internal teams regarding order discrepancies or status updates.
  • Monitor order fulfillment process and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve order-related issues and escalations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and customer interactions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and data security protocols, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize order processing workflows and efficiency.
