Job Description

Are you an exceptionally organized and proactive individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting? Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Remote Google Virtual Assistant to support our internal teams and clients. This role requires extensive proficiency with Google Workspace applications and a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and maintain organized digital records. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments using Google Calendar, coordinating across multiple time zones as necessary.
  • Coordinate and prepare for virtual meetings, including setting up Google Meet sessions, distributing agendas, and organizing necessary materials.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Google Docs and Slides to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases within Google Drive, implementing efficient naming conventions and folder structures for easy accessibility.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed for various projects, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Assist with email management and filtering, prioritizing urgent communications and responding to routine inquiries on behalf of team members.
  • Handle accurate data entry and comprehensive spreadsheet management using Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity.
  • Support project management tasks by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient team functioning.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet), demonstrating a strong command of advanced features.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative.
  • Proficiency with common virtual collaboration tools beyond Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Experience working in a professional services or staffing industry, understanding the unique demands of such environments.
