Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Aramark as a High School Cleaning Aide with Office Support responsibilities for evening shifts. This vital role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and administrative staff within a prominent high school in Lincoln, NE. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing essential support to the school’s administrative offices during evening hours. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with basic office support tasks, such as organizing supplies, light filing, and preparing materials for the next day, as directed by school administration.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to a supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all areas are secured and locked at the end of the shift.
- Support special events or projects requiring additional cleaning or setup/teardown.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality for evening shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
