Job Description

Join Google as an Online Google Support Specialist in a non-voice capacity. This fully remote role involves providing exceptional support to Google users across various products and services through chat, email, and other online communication channels. You will be the frontline for user inquiries, technical issues, and general assistance, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to start immediately and contribute to our global user support efforts without the need for phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via chat, email, and other non-voice platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding Google products and services.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through solutions.
  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.

  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
