Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, discreet, and possess a keen eye for customer service and property presentation? Greystar is seeking an Apartment Mystery Leaser to evaluate the leasing experience and property standards at our various apartment communities in Escondido, CA. This unique role does not require a real estate license and is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the real estate industry. You will act as a prospective renter, visiting properties, interacting with leasing staff, and assessing the overall experience against our high standards. Your insights will be crucial in helping us maintain and enhance the quality of our leasing services and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform unannounced visits to designated apartment communities, posing as a prospective renter.
- Engage with leasing consultants, following a pre-defined script or checklist of interactions and questions.
- Evaluate the property's curb appeal, common areas, amenities, and available model units for cleanliness and presentation.
- Assess the leasing consultant's sales skills, product knowledge, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide objective and detailed written reports on each visit, capturing observations, interactions, and overall impressions.
- Submit reports within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all mystery shopping activities and findings.
- Collaborate with regional management to identify areas for improvement based on evaluation results.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and ethical standards throughout the evaluation process.
