Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive WFH Admin Support professional to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to leverage their skills in a fully remote environment, supporting various departments with critical administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly reliable, and possess excellent communication and technical abilities. This role offers a high hourly rate for dedicated and efficient service, focusing on delivering high-quality administrative support from a home office setting. The position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and organise digital files, documents, and records efficiently and securely.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas, sending invitations, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally, drafting responses and redirecting inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation using various software tools.
  • Support project tasks and initiatives, contributing to their successful completion.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and company data.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a remote capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, ergonomic home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting multiple executives or departments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
