Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-learning AI Trainer to join our innovative team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and refinement of AI models used to enhance our online educational content and learner experience. You will be responsible for reviewing, annotating, and providing feedback on AI-generated text and content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated educational content, ensuring factual accuracy, grammatical correctness, and alignment with pedagogical principles.
- Annotate data sets for AI model training, including categorizing text, identifying key concepts, and providing contextual feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve AI model performance and the quality of generated learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and AI engineers to refine content guidelines and training methodologies.
- Identify and document patterns, errors, and areas for improvement in AI outputs.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and best practices for AI-assisted content creation.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI, e-learning, and educational technology.
