Job Description

This role involves providing essential care and companionship for short, focused shifts, giving primary caregivers much-needed relief and ensuring our clients receive excellent support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engaging activities.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (if required and agreed upon).
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
Required Skills
- Empathy and a compassionate demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
