Job Description
Join The Pearl team as Weekend Bar Staff! We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our bar operations during peak weekend hours. This part-time, casual role offers the flexibility of weekend shifts and the convenience of weekly pay. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service and perfectly crafted beverages. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality. While prior bar experience is a plus, we are open to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ice, and garnishes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service, including checking IDs.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is ready for service and properly secured.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
