Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote UPS Professional to join our dynamic team. As a UPS Professional, you will be instrumental in managing client accounts, optimizing shipping solutions, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs, utilizing UPS products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business development and account expansion.
- Provide expert advice and support on shipping regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain optimization.
- Conduct virtual client meetings and presentations to showcase UPS capabilities and secure new partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal UPS teams (e.g., operations, sales support, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Stay current with all UPS service offerings, pricing structures, and technological advancements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
