Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Barrie. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
  • Certification to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
