Job Description

Are you passionate about health and wellness and looking to start a career in virtual healthcare? Teladoc Health is seeking a motivated Virtual Health Coach Aide to join our remote team. As an Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our certified health coaches, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operation of our virtual health programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist virtual health coaches with client outreach, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our digital systems.
  • Prepare and organize educational materials, resources, and program handouts for clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the coaching team, including data entry and report generation.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and health coaches as needed.
  • Participate actively in all provided training and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience and program effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools.
