Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Service Staff to join our team at Olive Garden in Millcreek, Utah. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their visit is enjoyable from start to finish. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to tables.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary, as directed by kitchen staff.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, escalating to management when required.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other service team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
