Job Description
Join Teleperformance as a Remote Mortgage Support Specialist and become a vital part of our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from mortgage customers regarding their loan applications, servicing, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on mortgage processes, required documentation, and application status.
- Assist customers with navigating online portals and submitting necessary forms.
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in mortgage products, policies, and systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
