Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Admin Aide to provide essential administrative support to various non-profit initiatives and programs. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to contribute to meaningful causes from anywhere. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at managing diverse tasks, and passionate about supporting organizations that strive for positive social impact. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, allowing our teams to focus on their core mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring accessibility and adherence to internal protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, including sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in various databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic research to gather information pertinent to ongoing projects or new initiatives.
  • Handle email communications and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to project managers and team members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
