Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and eager to start a career in technology? Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Technical Support Specialists. This is an entry-level, 100% remote position that includes comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and clear instructions.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and product updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with various operating systems.
