Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy WFH AI Support Representative to join our rapidly growing customer service team. This is a 100% remote position where you will primarily interact with customers through text-based channels (chat, email) to provide support for our AI-powered products and services. Your main responsibility will be to assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions by effectively utilizing AI tools and resources. Excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via text and email regarding AI products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI functionalities, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Utilize internal knowledge bases, AI-powered support tools, and other resources to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI support processes by providing feedback and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, AI advancements, and support best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
