Job Description
Are you a dedicated Apex Legends player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for refining game experiences? Electronic Arts is seeking enthusiastic and analytical individuals to join our remote team as Apex Legends Beta Testers. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the quality and development of one of the world’s most popular battle royale games. As a 100% remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home, testing pre-release content, identifying bugs, and providing constructive feedback that will shape the future of Apex Legends. We offer weekly pay for your valuable contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for pre-release versions of Apex Legends, focusing on new features, characters, weapons, and map updates.
- Proactively identify, reproduce, and accurately document software bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies using our bug tracking system.
- Provide detailed and actionable feedback on gameplay mechanics, user interface, balance, and overall player experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the development and quality assurance teams, communicating findings clearly and concisely.
- Participate in regular team meetings and playtesting sessions, offering insights and engaging in constructive discussions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding unreleased game content and project details.
- Ensure the stability and quality of Apex Legends across various platforms and configurations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.
