Job Description
Blacklane is seeking dedicated and professional Limo Drivers to join our esteemed team in Winston-Salem. This role involves providing safe, punctual, and discreet transportation services to our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for upholding Blacklane’s high standards of service, ensuring every journey is a comfortable and memorable one. This position offers paid vacation and sick leave, reflecting our commitment to our employees’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide punctual pick-up and drop-off services for clients, following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with all passengers.
- Ensure the vehicle is immaculate, well-maintained, and fully stocked with amenities before each trip.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required.
- Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, chauffeur).
- Excellent knowledge of Winston-Salem and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed professional appearance.
- Ability to operate GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or in a chauffeured service role.
- Familiarity with Blacklane's operational standards or similar high-end service protocols.
- Defensive driving certification or advanced driver training.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
