Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EA Games Professional to join our dynamic team. This remote role is critical for enhancing our game development and operational efficiencies across various titles. You will leverage your expertise in gaming ecosystems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage specific game development or operational projects from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and QA to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Provide expert insights into gaming trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving across various stakeholder groups.
- Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in game development and operations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the video game industry (publisher or developer).
- Proven track record of managing projects or significant features in a gaming environment.
- Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
- Experience with EA titles or franchises.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools specific to gaming.
- Passion for video games and an in-depth understanding of current gaming trends.
