Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various roles using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and our extensive internal database.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to deeply understand client needs and specific job requirements.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse and high-quality pool of applicants.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
