Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of member service.
  • Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on credit union products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services that meet member needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members by providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
