Job Description

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive experience for both our partners and customers. This entry-level position is perfect for those new to the workforce, offering valuable experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support baristas and other team members by ensuring they have all necessary supplies readily available.
- Restock condiment bar, napkins, and other customer-facing essentials.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and general kitchen organization.
- Help maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area.
- Run food and drink orders to customer tables when required.
- Alert staff to low stock levels of ingredients or supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Required Skills
- Ability to work afternoon shifts, particularly weekdays and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (training provided).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- High school student or actively pursuing higher education.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
