Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation as directed by the catering manager.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Setting up and clearing down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and buffet areas.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Operating till systems and handling cash/card payments accurately.
- Responding to guest queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene (training will be provided).
- Right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role.
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 or 2.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
