Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist for our night shift at The Centennial Hotel’s Serenity Spa. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our evening guests, managing bookings, handling inquiries, and maintaining the serene atmosphere of the spa. We offer premium pay for night shifts and are committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure during night hours.
- Manage spa bookings, cancellations, and schedule adjustments efficiently using spa software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Assist guests with product selections and provide information about spa services.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with discretion and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all spa guests.
- Perform end-of-day closing procedures and prepare for the next day's operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, Opera PMS).
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during night hours.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality front desk role.
- Knowledge of spa services and products.
