Job Description
Are you a motivated and friendly 13-year-old looking for a fun and rewarding summer job? Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources is seeking enthusiastic Lemonade Stand Associates to bring joy and refreshing drinks to our park visitors! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn basic business skills, engage with the community, and earn some summer cash in a supportive and supervised environment. Join us for a summer of sweet success!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix fresh lemonade according to provided recipes and safety guidelines.
- Serve customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and make change.
- Keep the lemonade stand clean, organized, and inviting.
- Engage with park visitors, promoting the lemonade stand and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain inventory of lemons, sugar, cups, and other supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic for cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
