Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of our Shopify e-commerce store, including product uploads, inventory updates, and content changes.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
- Support the implementation of new features, apps, and integrations within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to online orders, product information, and website functionality.
- Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest Shopify trends, best practices, and new technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
- Generate reports on e-commerce sales, traffic, and other key performance indicators.
