Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mens Grooming Assistant to join our esteemed team in a luxury environment in St Albans. This is an immediate start position, perfect for someone passionate about male grooming and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. You will support our senior groomers and stylists, ensuring a seamless and opulent experience for every client. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior groomers and stylists with various grooming services, including shaves, haircuts, and styling.
- Prepare workstations and ensure all tools and products are clean, sterilised, and organised to the highest luxury standards.
- Welcome clients, offer refreshments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately and discreetly.
- Maintain inventory of grooming products and notify management of stock levels.
- Ensure the grooming area is impeccably clean and presented at all times, reflecting our luxury brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Learn and adapt to new grooming techniques and product knowledge through continuous training.
