Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Shopify Lead Gen Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities specifically within the Shopify ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base by connecting with potential clients who can benefit from our comprehensive e-commerce solutions. You will be responsible for the entire lead generation process, from initial research to qualified lead handover, playing a crucial part in our company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and businesses operating on the Shopify platform that could benefit from Impact Marketing's services.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, etc.) to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Maintain and update a robust CRM system with all lead generation activities and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with Shopify trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and pipeline status.
  • Assist in developing new lead generation campaigns and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development, specifically within the e-commerce or digital marketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
