Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Missoula. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments and executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is an on-site position offering a competitive hourly rate of $25, coupled with a full benefits package designed to support your well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including room setup and catering.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with financial software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
