Job Description

Telus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Call Center Representative in Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge, Quebec City. This is an immediate opening with opportunities across all shifts (day, evening, weekend) to best fit your lifestyle. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our diverse range of products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
  • Process customer requests, including service changes, billing inquiries, and account updates.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism highly preferred for Quebec).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Post-secondary education.
