Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and empathetic Senior Companion Chauffeur to join our elite team. This role is crucial for clients who require more than just transportation; it involves providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment during travel, especially for medical appointments, wellness treatments, and personal errands. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, impeccable discretion, and a genuine commitment to client well-being. This is a senior role requiring significant experience in high-touch client service and an understanding of the unique needs of individuals requiring wellness and medical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for clients to and from medical appointments, wellness centers, social engagements, and personal errands.
- Offer companionship and support, ensuring client comfort and well-being throughout journeys and during waiting periods.
- Maintain a pristine vehicle, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and adaptability to client needs.
- Assist clients with mobility, getting in and out of the vehicle, and carrying personal items.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and medical staff.
- Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding all client information and activities.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance to enhance their experience.
- Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic information to ensure timely arrivals.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of discretion and client confidentiality
- Punctuality and strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local Tampa area routes
- Ability to assist clients with varying mobility needs
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare support, elder care, or luxury client services
- Advanced defensive driving certification
- Knowledge of medical privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Experience with luxury vehicle maintenance and operation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
