Job Description
Are you passionate about the hair and beauty industry and looking to kickstart your career? Toni & Guy in Norwich is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Junior to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow, working alongside experienced stylists. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing essential support to our stylists and contributing to an outstanding client experience. This position offers weekly pay and is specifically for Saturdays only, making it ideal for those balancing studies or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly and offering refreshments.
- Assisting senior stylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon, including workstations, styling tools, and general areas.
- Ensuring towels and capes are clean, folded, and readily available.
- Organizing and restocking product displays.
- Supporting front desk operations, such as answering phones and booking appointments when needed.
- Learning and adhering to salon health and safety guidelines.
- Actively observing and learning from experienced stylists.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
