Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Process Coach with a focus on Strategy & Administrative processes to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This role is crucial in identifying, analyzing, and improving administrative workflows and strategic initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change, guiding teams through process optimization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. You will leverage data-driven insights to streamline operations, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve overall service delivery within our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of process improvements for administrative and strategic operations.
  • Coach and mentor teams on best practices for process optimization and efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on new processes and tools.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Document existing processes and proposed changes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration within administrative workflows.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing process expertise.
  • Ensure all process improvements comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence without direct authority.
  • Understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Solid administrative workflow management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
