Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and locate products as needed.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
- Clean and organize store areas, including aisles, checkout lanes, and back rooms.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, if assigned to a front-end role.
- Support various department needs, which may include bagging groceries, retrieving carts, or light preparation tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the store closes at 9 PM.
Required Skills
- Ability to work evenings, reliably completing shifts by 9 PM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for potential cash handling.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
