Job Description
Are you a recent graduate or an aspiring software engineer with a passion for Microsoft technologies? Dell Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Junior Microsoft Software Engineers to join our innovative remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and debugging applications built with Microsoft technologies.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with new technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Basic knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) or NoSQL databases.
