Job Description
Are you a foodie with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking discreet and observant individuals to join our team as Restaurant Mystery Guests. This unique part-time role allows you to enjoy complimentary meals while providing invaluable feedback on our restaurant operations, food quality, service, and cleanliness. Your objective evaluations will help us maintain and improve the high standards our guests expect from Culver’s. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Culver's locations in Provo and surrounding areas as a regular customer, without revealing your identity.
- Order and consume a variety of menu items, following specific guidelines provided for each assignment.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including food quality, preparation, taste, and presentation.
- Assess the speed and friendliness of service, staff knowledge, and adherence to company protocols.
- Observe and report on restaurant cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall operational efficiency.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to all provided instructions and guidelines for each mystery shop.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to act discreetly and blend in as a typical customer.
- High level of integrity and objectivity in evaluations.
- Reliable access to a computer with internet connectivity for report submission.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines for report submission.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various restaurant locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Prior experience with mystery shopping or quality assurance programs.
- Familiarity with the Culver's brand and menu.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying assignment times, including evenings and weekends.
