Job Description
Join our esteemed team as a Spa Attendant and play a crucial role in creating an exquisite and relaxing experience for our guests. You will be the welcoming face and the supportive hand behind the scenes, ensuring the spa environment is pristine, inviting, and fully stocked. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all spa facilities, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and wet areas.
- Restock amenities such as towels, linens, and personal care products promptly and efficiently.
- Assist guests with locker assignments, provide spa orientations, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Prepare and serve refreshments to guests in relaxation areas as required, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Support Spa Therapists and Aestheticians by ensuring treatment rooms are ready and fully equipped for appointments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the spa and resort.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
- Reliability and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly across the spa floor.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Knowledge of spa services and etiquette.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
