Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and become an essential part of the Chipotle experience. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, fun environment, learning all aspects of restaurant operations from food preparation to serving our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to Chipotle recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one).
